Cut Body From 2x4

Take a pine 2x4, and following the drawing, cut 2x4 length at 3.5 inches, making sure the resulting piece of pine is square.

Stencil Lines

Following the drawing, stencil grid lines and drill holes on the main body.

Table Saw Cuts

Following the drawing, use a table saw to cut grid lines out to form the Tic Tac Toe grid. Grid squares should be 1.1in by 1.1in (1 3/32)

Marble Holes

Using the stencil points, using drill press, drill holes for marbles and pilot for #10 screw. Follow drawing for hole depth and diameter.

Drill Grid Divots

Following the drawing, centered on all grid squares, drill hole divots using a drill press for marbles to sit in. Depth should be 1/8''.

Rout Edges

Use router at 1/8'' to round edges that need rounding according to the drawing.
