This project is a handmade fairy-themed book cover created using simple craft materials like ice cream sticks and clay. The soft pastel colors, miniature door design, and floral details give it a magical and aesthetic look. Supplies
Ice cream sticks
Fevicol (or craft glue)
Acrylic colors (light pink)
Air-dry clay (peach, white,green,blue)
Paint brush
Pearl beads
Plain sheets
Arrange the Base
Arrange ice cream sticks horizontally on a flat surface to form a rectangular book cover base. Paste them together using Fevicol and let it dry completely.
Paint the Base
Paint the ice cream stick base with light pink acrylic color. Apply 1–2 coats for a smooth and clean finish. Allow it to dry.
Make the Fairy Door
Using blue clay, shape a small fairy door. Add vertical and horizontal clay. Create a small round knob using clay.
Add Door Border
Roll white clay and place it around the door edges to create a neat arched frame. Smooth the edges gently using fingers.
Prepare Flowers and Leaves
Make small rose shapes using peach clay. Shape green leaves.
Fix Flowers on the Cover
Paste the flowers and leaves on one side of the book cover for a decorative floral look.
Add Final Details
Decorate the door with pearl beads for a magical touch. Check all edges and clean any extra glue.
Final Look
