First, you will need to get a thick wooden dowel a couple of rubber bands in case you lose some. And a saw to cut the wood.

First, you will need to cut the dowel into a small piece about 3-6 inches long. Then you will need to cut the end of the dowel in the middle so the rubber band can rest in the lip. Once you have completed these steps you rubber band launcher is finished.

To fire the gun you will need to insert a rubber band into the lip of the launcher and pull back on the rubber band. Be sure to not aim the bands at peoples heads because they do hurt and could blind someone if they are stuck in the eye.
