Supplies
Plywood 8 mm
Plywood or chipboard (15 mm or 16 mm)
Confirmat screws
Laser cutting equipment for some parts
Base Component 3D View
The wardrobe consists of 9 base components. Below, a base component is shown in 3D view. Parts numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4 must be made of 8 mm thick plywood.
Parts numbered 5 and 6 must be made of 15 mm thick material.
Base Component 2D View
Below, a base component is shown in 2D view.
Connecting Fasteners
Parts numbered 1–4 are connected to parts numbered 5-6 using 50 mm long confirmat screws. 40 connecting fasteners (confirmat screws) are required for one block. For the entire wardrobe, the total quantity required is 40 × 9 = 360.
Intermediate Fasteners
The 9 base components are connected to each other using intermediate fasteners, so holes are required in parts 5 and 6.
Total quantity of intermediate fasteners = 14
If a shelf is located at the edge of the wardrobe and is not connected to other shelves, a hole is not required. Such parts without holes are designated with the letter A, as follows: 5_A, 6_A.
