What You Will Need

you will need:

  • A fridge
  • a balloon
  • water

Optional Circuit (Recommended for coolest effect.)

  • RGB LED or any color.
  • switch
  • 9 volt battery
  • resistor
  • 9 volt battery adapter

to assemble the circuit attach the black wire from the adapter to the resistor and then to the shorter leg of the led

then you attach the long led to either port on the switch except the middle one then attach the red wire to the middle and thats it.

Fill the Balloon

fill the balloon with water and make sure to get as much air out as you can making sure not to spray water everywhere. now tie the balloon.

Put the Balloon in the Freezer

now put the balloon in the freezer and use a butterfly clip to hang it so it is suspended. No wait for it to completely freeze.

Unwrap the Balloon

now cut the balloon and it will peel off.

Ice Massage

rub the ice so it becomes clear because after you take it out of the freezer it is frosted over.

(the tip broke off of mine but thats ok because it is ice and you can shape it.)

Take Awesome Pictures

I used a flashlight to light this up and took close ups of it.

Put the Circuit Under

Ice Drop

put the circuit under the ice after you make an indent in the bottom with heat or a knife and now you have an awesome night light for your ice hotel or igloo or ice bar.
