Run this software on your computer. You will see 3 options on the interface. If you don’t have iPhone backup file, you can only use the first one. It is recover data from iOS devices.

Connect your iPhone to your computer. The software will detect your iPhone and load your iPhone to its interface. Click “Scan” button, the software will scan and analyze your iPhone deeply. It will list all the deleted and existing data on your iPhone after scanning.

Once the software finishes scanning, you can find the data menu on the left side of the interface. According to your need, you can go and find your deleted data here. Click “Contacts” from the menu, you will see all the contacts on your iPhone and the deleted contacts from your iPhone. Preview the contacts and select the contacts you want to get back. Click “Recover” button, all the selected contacts will be recovered and saved to your computer.
