How to DIY a Mattress for Your Need？

This Mattress is a hybrid Mattress with pocket springs. There are 2 pieces of latex in it.

Materials used:

1. block of independent springs;
2. felt (thickness 8 mm);
3. coconut plate (thickness 10 mm);
4. Elax foam rubber (20 mm);
5. side parts - foam rubber ST 30/40, 40 mm;
6. quilted fabric with padding polyester;
7. zipper

Tailor felt follows the mattress size.

Tailor the one-piece foam rubber into four cuboids for the side support of the mattress.

Use gel to attach the foam on felt.

Put the pocket spring on and use gel to attach it on felt

Put another piece of felt on the top of the pocket spring, and also use the gel to attach it to the pocket spring

Put the coconut plate on the top of the felt and use gel to attach it to the felt

Put the Elax foam rubber on the coconut plate and attach it to the coconut plate. Then turn over the Mattress and put another Elax foam rubber on the felt.

Tailor the fabric with polyester follow the mattress size and sew the zipper on

Put the fabric protective cover just made on the mattress and zip up.
