AfterGlow Hi-Fi Bluetooth Speaker

Creating a real 3D Printed Hi-Fi Bluetooth speaker that can be made to reflect the style of the person building it

Install the Dayton Audio speaker driver using M4*8 pan head screws. Then install the speaker support strap using M4*6 pan head screws. Install the included Bluetooth led with supplied washer and nut.

Install the volume potentiometer using a dab of superglue a m3*4 screw and the supplied nut and washer on the front

Glue the speaker grill and light cover into the recesses. Center the volume knob and press it on

Screw in the left and right passive radiators to the main body using M3*6 pan head screws

Install the batter board by first inserting 3 18650 batteries, then plug in the 12v power cable. For this you will need to solder the latching power button inline with the positive cable and the black ground wire will get soldered to the matching ground wire on the male plug included with the kabm amp board. Place the usb-c pot into the matching hole with superglue and secure using M2*4 screws and plug the wires into the boards charging port 10 on the diagram.

Install the amp board using M3*6 pan head screws make sure to run the power wire behind the boards charging port and plug into the 12v input number 4 on the diagram. Make sure to position the the Bluetooth antenna to the right to avoid interference from the spreker driver.

Mount he power button using the washer and nut, glue the aux input in the square recess and secure with the chrome nut on the rear plug into port 2 on the diagram

Attatch positive and negative speaker wires to the speaker using the supplied cable. Plug in the speaker to position 5 the volume potentiometer to position 7 and the Bluetooth led to position 8 as seen on the diagram. Power on your speaker and ensure everything is working correctly, if everything is working correctly you can use 5min epoxy around the lip and seal the unit shut with books weighing in down to cure.

Finally glue on the radiator rings and tpu feet and enjoy listening
